All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your order in real time. Larger items may ship via freight and require a signature. We ship worldwide — international rates and any customs duties vary by destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
A 15% restocking fee applies if the item shows signs of wear or missing packaging. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that international orders and orders over $1,000 are final sale unless the product is defective. All ProMountings products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
