Refund policy

At ProMountings, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds

  • You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

  • To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected by our team.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Orders over $1,000 are final unless the product is defective or damaged.


Warranty Coverage

All ProMountings products come with a 2-Year Warranty. If an issue arises after that period, please reach out—we’re committed to providing the best customer service possible, no matter how long it’s been.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
