- This combo kit is great for people who have high ceilings and are unable to turn the knobs to tighten/loosen on our original IB-110R Roller Mount and Track system. Our Spring Plunger Roller Mount track system for moving heavy bags into usage and away in storage has never gotten easier. Simply Pull the double braided nylon rope and slide the bag out of the way on our track.
